I have a case … How do I get started?

This is how most of our conversations get started. An agent calls and we discuss the specific insurance needs, health issues and budget constraints of their client. We direct the case to the carrier and product that best addresses the client’s needs. Our office will run the product illustrations and send them to you with the necessary application forms.

How do I get product illustrations?

We are more than happy to run product illustrations and email them to you. Or, you can click here to run Term Quotes on our website yourself. Our office will run illustrations for products other than term insurance. Or, if you prefer we can set you up with a link to WinFlex to run your own Term, UL and Whole Life illustrations.

What products can I sell through your agency?

Term Life, Universal Life, Whole Life, Index Universal Life, Annuities, Long Term Care insurance, Hybrid Long Term Care insurance products and Disability Income products.

How do I get contracted to sell your products?

You will be appointed directly with the carriers you submit business to. We will provide the necessary contracting papers for you to complete. There is no charge to become appointed with a carrier. Commissions are paid directly to you from the carrier.

I have a case that was rated or declined by another company, what are my options?

Call us to discuss the specifics of the case. The more information you have about the specific condition that caused the rating or declination will help. We may ask you to obtain additional information to clarify the issues. We will then request tentative quotes from our carriers. We often find that with the right carrier, we can get a better offer for your client. If the tentative offer is acceptable to your client, they would submit an application to the new carrier.

What options are available to submit a formal application?

There are two ways to submit a formal application. A traditional paper application is the old standby. It is still best to use a paper application with business cases, or cases where we have tentative quotes related to a health condition. With the paper application, we have more control over the process. The other option is a Drop-Ticket e-Application. This is an on-line option where the agent completes a short “Request for Interview” form on the computer. This Drop Ticket is transmitted to the carrier who then calls your client to complete an application on the phone. For more information, download our What Happens Next Flier.
