IS DROP-TICKET E-APPS RIGHT FOR MY CLIENTS?
The Drop-Ticket application process can be used for both personal and business applications. We are finding that most clients can work with the on-line/electronic process. However, if you or client are not comfortable with an electronic process, you can still submit a paper application with most companies. If you have a complicated case that requires special attention, then a paper application would be best.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The agent completes a quick Drop-Ticket/Request for Interview on-line. The insurance company, or their fulfillment vendor then contacts your client to complete an application. This can be done either by requesting a phone interview, or your client can be sent a link to complete the application on-line.
Once your client completes either the phone interview or the on-line application, an exam is scheduled if one is necessary.
The Insurance company underwrites the application, orders medical records if necessary and may contact your client for additional information.
